What MystLume is for
MystLume is a free learning site for tarot and numerology. You can look up a card, practise a spread, record your interpretation, or check a number calculation without creating an account. The purpose is to make the steps understandable enough that you can question them and work through an example yourself.
Who writes these guides
Our learning content is published under the name MystLume. The same name appears on our articles and identifies the site responsible for the explanations, examples, and corrections. It is a brand byline; it does not represent a named practitioner or a professional credential.
We describe the Rider–Waite–Smith tradition in the tarot library and name the calculation rules used by each numerology tool. Worked readings and sample names are teaching examples, not accounts of customers or evidence that a prediction came true. Read the editorial policy for our approach to attribution, review, and updates.
What you can learn here
The tarot learning hub connects all 78 card meanings with beginner reading guides. Start with a single card, describe what you see, and compare your interpretation with the card's position in a spread. The practice tool and private journal let you keep the question, your reasoning, and a later follow-up together.
The numerology learning hub separates life path, name numbers, and personal years. Each calculator shows its working. When two methods disagree, you can compare the letter table, reduction order, or calendar boundary instead of guessing which result to accept. The arithmetic is reproducible; the symbolic meanings are interpretations, not scientific assessments of a person.
Artwork and references
Quiet Lantern is an original collection of AI-assisted illustrations created for MystLume. It uses familiar RWS learning symbols with new compositions. These are not historical scans or illustrations by Pamela Colman Smith. Our methods and sources explain the references, image credits, and limits of the learning tools.
Contact and corrections
Use our contact page to report an unclear explanation, a calculation error, or a problem with a tool. Include the page address and a small example that shows the issue. Invented names and dates are sufficient; please keep private questions and journal notes to yourself.
